Bardet-biedl sendromlu olguda anestezi ve postoperatif hemşire kontrollü analjezi uygulaması
Bardet-Biedl sendromu (BBS); nadir görülen, kon-rod distrofisi, trunkal obezite, postaksiyal polidaktili, mental retardasyon, erkek hipogonadotropik hipogonadizmi, kadınlarda kompleks genitoüriner malformasyonlar ve renal disfonksiyon ile karakterize otozomal ressesif bir hastalıktır. Perioperatif periyod bu hastalar için tehlikeli olabilir. Anestezik zorluklar yaş, obezite, renal ve hepatik disfonksiyon ve mental retardasyon nedeniyle yaşanabilir. Bu olgu sunumunda BBSli çocuk hastada vajinoplasti operasyonunda genel anestezi yönetimimizi ve postoperatif analjezi amacıyla hemşire kontrollü analjezi tekniği uygulamamızı paylaşmayı amaçladık.
Anesthesıa for a case wıth bardet-bıedl syndrome and applıcatıon of postoperatıve nurse controlled analgesıa
Bardet Biedl syndrome (BBS) is a rare, autosomal recessive disease characterized by cone-rod dystrophy, truncal obesity, postaxial polydactyly, mental retardation, male hypogonadotrophic hypogonadism, complex female genitourinary malformations, and renal dysfunction. The perioperative period may be hazardous for these patients. Anesthetic difficulties may be anticipated due to age, obesity, renal and hepatic dysfunction and mental retardation. In the present case report we aimed to share our general anesthesia management and the practice of nurse controlled analgesia techniques for postoperative analgesia for the vaginoplasty surgery of a child patient with BBS.
