İşletmelerin Öğrenen Organizasyon Olma Yolundaki Çabalarının Türkiye'deki Görünümü

1990'lı yıllarda işletmecilik ve yönetim dünyası Senge'in ortaya attığı yeni bir kavramla sarsıldı. Öğrenen Örgütler. Aradan geçen süre içinde öğrenen örgütler hakkında sayısız kuramsal çalışma yapıldı ve yayınlandı. Ayrıca söz konusu çalışmaları değerlendirmek amacıyla pek çok analitik çalışma da yapıldı. Bu çalışma, Türkiye'deki işletmelerin öğrenen örgüt olmaya doğru ne kadar yol alabildiklerini belirlemek amacıyla yapılan bir araştırmaya dayanmaktadır. Araştırma 100 işletmeye yollanan bir anketle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Söz konusu 100 işletme, Türkiye'de "Ulusal Kalite Ödülü"ne aday gösterilmiş işletmeler arasından seçilmiştir.

The Efforts of the Turkish Companies in the Way of Being Learning Organisations

In 1990's, business and management world was shaken with a new concept which was found by Senge: Learning Organizations. Since that time, lots of theoritical studies were done and published in some magazines about learning organizations. In addition, for the assesment of these studies, lots of analytical studies were done too. This research depends on to supply the abilities of organizations being learning organization in Turkey. This research has been realized with a questionnaire which was posted to 100 businesses. Some of these businesses were the businesses which applied the "National Quality Award" and some of these were the businesses which successfully practiced the new management approaches.
