Etik Liderlik Davranışının Yöneticiye Duyulan Güven ve Psikolojik Güçlendirme Üzerindeki Etkisinde Etkileşim Adaletinin Dolaylı Rolü

Bu çalışma, etik liderlik davranışının yöneticiye duyulan güven ve psikolojik güçlendirme üzerindeki etkisini incelemektedir. Bu ilişki çerçevesinde, etkileşim adaletinin dolaylı etkisi de araştırılmıştır. Araştırma esnasında öncelikle etik liderlik davranışı, yöneticiye duyulan güven, psikolojik güçlendirme ve etkileşimsel adalet kavramları açıklanmıştır. Daha sonra oluşturulan araştırma metodolojisi ışığında korelasyon ve regresyon analizleri uygulanmıştır. Analizler etik liderlik davranışının bilişsel güven üzerindeki direkt etkisini desteklemektedir. Analizler aynı zamanda etik liderlik davranışının duygusal güven ve seçim-etki üzerindeki etkisinde, etkileşim adaletinin dolaylı rolünü desteklemektedir.

The Impact of Ethical Leadership Behavior on Trust in Manager and Psycholocial Empowerment: The Mediating Role of Interactional Justice

This study was examined the impact of ethical leadership on trust in manager and psychological empowerment. The meadiating effect of interactional justice of that relationship was also investigated. Initially, ethical leadership behavior, trust in manager, psychological empowerment and interactional justice were defined. Consequently, correlation and regression analyses were performed according to the methodology. Analyses provide support for the direct effect of ethical leadership behavior on cognition-based trust. Analyses also provide support for the mediating role of interactional justice in the impact of ethical leadership behavior on affect-based trust and self-determination-impact.
