Dünya Ticaret Örgütü Kapsamında Avrupa Birliği Ortak Tarım Politikası ve Türk Tarım Politikasının Değerlendirilmesi

Dünya Ticaret Örgütü (DTÖ), dünya tarım sektöründe yaşanan bir çok problemleri çözmede yetersiz kalmıştır. Özellikle, küresel politikalar üzerinde etkili olan Avrupa Birliği (AB)’nin tarım sektörüne yönelik yaptığı büyük desteklemelerden dolayı, dünya tarım ürünleri ticaretinde gerekli liberalizasyon sağlanamamış ve tarım ticaretinde bozulmalar ve haksız kazançlar ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu kapsamda, yapılan bu çalışmada, DTÖ politikaları ve bu politikaların başarısı incelenmiş ve DTÖ çatısı altında AB ve Türk Tarım Politikalarının karşılaştırmalı analizi yapılmıştır.

Assement of Common Agricultural Policy of European Union and Turkish Agricultural Policy Under World Trade Organization

WTO was insufficient in solving many problems experienced in the world agricultural sector. Especially, because of enourmous subsidies towards agriculture sector of European Union, which affects the global policies, liberalization of world agricultural product trade was not successful, and distortion in agricultaral trade and unfair gains has arised. Therefore, in this study, the policies of WTO and their success have been investigated, and the comparative analysis of the agricultural policies of EU and Turkey has been made in the framework of WTO.
