Çocukluk çağı travmalarında travma odaklı bilişsel davranışçı tedavi modeli

Travma odaklı bilişsel davranışçı tedavi (Travma Odaklı-BDT), travmaya maruz kalmış çocukların tedavisinde yaygın olarak kullanılan ve etkinliğine dair pek çok araştırma yapılmış bir tedavi modeli olmakla birlikte, ülkemizde yapılan bir çalışmaya rastlanmamıştır. Başlangıçta cinsel istismar mağdurlarına yönelik olarak hazırlanmış olsa da, daha sonra diğer travmatik yaşantılar için de uyarlanmıştır. Ana bileşenlerini ruhsal eğitim, anne-babalık becerileri, gevşeme teknikleri, duygusal dışa vurum ve modülasyon, bilişsel başa çıkma becerilerine yönelik çalışma, travmayı öyküleme, travmatik deneyim sürecinin değerlendirilmesi, travma anımsatıcılarına yönelik alıştırma, çocuk ve oturumunun oluşturduğu kısa süreli, yapılandırılmış bir tedavi yaklaşımıdır. Bu çalışmada çocuklarda TSSB tedavisinde kullanılan Travma Odaklı-BDT"nin etkinliğini değerlendirmek için yapılmış çalışmaların gözden geçirilmesi amaçlanmıştır.

Trauma focus cognitive behavioral therapy model in childhood trauma

Trauma focus cognitive behavioural therapy (TF-CBT) had been throughly investigated as a treatment modality in traumatized children which is widely used nowadays, but there is no one study that uses this treatment model in Turkish literature. Initially developed for sexually abused children; TF-CBT was adopted for the treatment of other traumatic events. This model is a structured short term treatment approach with the core components of: psychoeducation, behavioural parenting skills, affective regulation skills, cognitive coping skills, construction of a trauma narrative, cognitive processing of the traumatic events, invivo exposure to trauma reminders, conjoint child-parent sessions, and enhancing personal safety. The purpose of the present study is to analyze the previous studies of TF-CBT treatment in traumatized children with respect to their effectiveness.
