Yönetici-Ast Etkileşimi ile İş Tatmini Arasındaki İlişki

Lider-Üye Etkileşim Teorisi'ne (Leader-Member Exchange Theory) göre, liderle­rin izleyicilerle ya da yöneticilerin astlarıyla karşılıklı etkileşimleri sonucu yönetici ile kendisine bağlı astlar arasında farklı nitelikte etkileşim gelişmektedir. Bu çalışmada yönetici-ast arasındaki etkileşimin niteliği ile astların iş tatmini arasındaki ilişki Lider-Üye Etkileşim Teorisi çerçevesinde Türk Silahlı Kuvvetlerine ait bir fabrikada incelen­miştir. Araştırmanın temel bulguları olarak, astların yöneticileri ile etkileşimlerinin ni­teliğine ilişkin algılamalarının yüksek sayılabilecek bir düzeyde olduğu saptanmıştir. Yönetici-ast etkileşiminin nitelik düzeyi ile astların iş tatmini boyutları arasında pozitif ve anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu görülmüştür. Böylece yönetici ile astlar arasındaki etkile­şimin nitelik düzeyinin astların iş tatmini üzerinde önemli etkisinin olduğu anlaşılmıştir.
