Yönetici-Ast Etkileşimi ile İş Tatmini Arasındaki İlişki
Lider-Üye Etkileşim Teorisi'ne (Leader-Member Exchange Theory) göre, liderlerin izleyicilerle ya da yöneticilerin astlarıyla karşılıklı etkileşimleri sonucu yönetici ile kendisine bağlı astlar arasında farklı nitelikte etkileşim gelişmektedir. Bu çalışmada yönetici-ast arasındaki etkileşimin niteliği ile astların iş tatmini arasındaki ilişki Lider-Üye Etkileşim Teorisi çerçevesinde Türk Silahlı Kuvvetlerine ait bir fabrikada incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın temel bulguları olarak, astların yöneticileri ile etkileşimlerinin niteliğine ilişkin algılamalarının yüksek sayılabilecek bir düzeyde olduğu saptanmıştir. Yönetici-ast etkileşiminin nitelik düzeyi ile astların iş tatmini boyutları arasında pozitif ve anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu görülmüştür. Böylece yönetici ile astlar arasındaki etkileşimin nitelik düzeyinin astların iş tatmini üzerinde önemli etkisinin olduğu anlaşılmıştir.
