Örgütsel Vatandaşlık Davranışında Adalet Algısının Öncüllük Rolü

Örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı (ÖVD) verimli, etkili ve yüksek performanslı çalışmayı kolaylaştıran önemli bir faktördür. ÖVD, bireylerin örgüte karşı tutum, davranış ve algılarından etkilenmekte olup, bu bağlamda anılan davranışları etkileyen birçok öncülden söz edilebilmektedir. Bu çalışmada, söz konusu öncüllerden biri olan örgütsel adalet algısının ÖVD ile ilişkisi 116 kamu yönetici adayı üzerinde değerlendirilmiş ve daha önce yapılmış çalışmalarda görülen, değişkenlerin boyutlandırılması yönündeki eksikler tamamlanmaya çalışılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular, örgütsel adalet algısı ile ÖVD’nin örgüte yönelik boyutları (vicdanlılık, centilmenlik ve sivil erdem) arasında bir ilişki olduğunu; ancak, kişilere karşı yapılan ÖVD’nın (diğergamlık ve nezaket) örgütsel adalet algısından etkilenmediğini ortaya koymuştur.
