Yapısal eşitlik modeli kullanılarak iş tatmini, örgüt bağlılığı ve çalışan katılımı kavramları arasındaki ilişkilerin analizi: Sağlık sektöründe görgül bir araştırma

Bu çalışmada, Yapısal Eşitlik Modeli kullanılarak iş tatmini, örgüt bağlılığı ve çalışanların katılımları arasındaki ilişkilerin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Ayrıca çalışanların katılımlarının örgüt bağlılığına aracı etkisinin (mediating effect) olup olmadığı araştırılmak istenmiştir. Modeli test etmek amacıyla demografik değişkenler dışında 18 soruluk bir anket kullanılmıştır. Bu anketler, Dicle Üniversitesi Hastanesinde hekim ve hemşire dışındaki sağlık personeline dağıtılmış, elde edilen anketlerden 452’si kullanılmıştır. Sonuçta iş tatmini ile örgüt bağlılığı ve çalışanların katılımı arasında pozitif doğrusal bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca çalışanların katılımının, örgüt bağlılığı üzerinde aracı etkisi olduğu görülmüştür. Demografik değişkenlerden sadece cinsiyet değişkeni ile ilgili bulgular istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmuş olup, erkeklerin kadınlara göre daha çok örgüt bağlılığı içinde olduğu görülmüştür.

Determination of relationship among job satisfaction, organizational commitment and participation with structural equation model

In this study, it was aimed to figure out the relationship between job satisfaction, job participation and organizational commitment by using the Structural Equation Model. And also it was aimed to understand whether employee participation had a mediating effect on job satisfaction. To test the model, 18 questions survey and demographic variables were used in this study. Surveys were delivered the Dicle Public Hospital employees except medical doctors and nurses. 452 returned surveys were used for further analyses. There was found positive relationship among job satisfaction, organizational commitment and employee participation. In addition, employee participation was found mediating effect between organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Finally, study results suggested that male employee have more organizational commitment than female employee.
