Crohn hastalığı ekstraintestinal bulgular ve komplikasyonlarla seyreden inflamatuvar barsak hastalığıdır. Akut pankreatit nadiren Crohn hasta- lığının ilk bulgusu olarak izlenebilir. Bu olgumuzda, Crohn hastalığının ilk bulgu olarak akut pankreatit ile karşımıza çıkabileceğini belirtmek istedik.

Rare first signs of Crohn's disease: acute pancreatitis

Crohn's disease is a chronic, inflammatory bowel disorder with cours- es of extraintestinal findings and complications. In rare cases, acute pancreatitis may be the first sign of the disease. We aim to indicate in this text that Crohn's disease may first present with acute pancreatitis.
