ACİL SERVİSTE DEĞERLENDİRİLEN ADLİ OLGULARIN DEMOGRAFİK İNCELENMES

Amaç:Acil pratiğinde, adli olgularönemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Buçalışmada, acil serviste karşı- laşılan adli nitelikteki olgularınsosyo-demografik özelliklerininincelenmesi, konu ile ilgili ak- saklıklar ve çözüm önerilerininortaya konması amaçlanmıştır. Yöntemler: Isparta Devlet Hastanesi AcilServisine 2011 yılında başvu- ran sisteme kayıtlı adli olgularçalışmaya alındı. Hasta dosyala- rı bilgisayar tabanlı hasta kayıtsistemlerinden toplandı. DEMOGRAPHIC EVALUATION OF FORENSIC INVESTIGATION IN EMERGENCY SERVICE

Objective: Forensic cases have an importantplace in emergency practice. Thepurpose of this study is to reviewthe sociodemographic character- istics of forensic cases in an emer- gency service and to present solu- tion suggestions. Methods: Forensic cases of patients admit- ted to the emergency service in2011 and recorded in the systemwere included in the study. Pa- tient files were collected fromcomputer-based patient recordingsystems.Results: Of the 115.185 patients who wereadmitted to the emergency serviceduring the study, 2.094 (1.82%)were determined to be forensiccases.
