Soğuk Savaş Sonrası Yunanistan-Arnavutluk-Kosova İlişkileri

Avrupa Birliği (AB) Balkan ülkeleri için önemli bir çekim alanı oluşturmaktadır ve Balkanlar coğrafyası da Avrupa Birliği’nin yoğun ilgisine mazhardır. AB’nin genişleme dalgaları ile çok sayıda Balkan ülkesi AB üyesi olmuşken geri kalanlar da AB üyeliği için aday ve potansiyel aday olarak gösterilmektedir. Ortak bir hedef ve kaderin ülkeleri, aralarındaki diyaloğu arttırarak işbirliği ile birbirlerine yaklaştırması neredeyse kaçılmazken, Balkanların sorunlu yapısı ve geçmişi hesaba katıldığında Balkan ülkeleri için durum yönde gelişecektir? Bu çalışma, Yunanistan’ın AB aday ülke konumunda bulunan komşusu Arnavutluk ile ilişkilerinin belirleyici faktölerine göz atarak Soğuk Savaş sonrası dönemde ikili ilişkilerin ne yönde seyrettiğine bakma gayretindedir. 2008’de bağımsızlığını ilan eden bir başka Arnavut devleti olan Kosova da çalışmaya dahil edilerek bu üç ülke arasındaki ilişkilerin yoğunluğu ve seyrini ortaya koymak ve sonuç kısmında genel bir değerlendirme ile okuyucuya Yunanistan-Arnavutluk-Kosova ilişkileri konusunda bir bilgi kaynağı sağlamak çalışmanın temel güdüsüdür.

Greece-Albania-Kosovo Relations in Post Cold-War Era

European Union and Balkans have turned into sources of intense interest reciprocally since the start of the enlargement process. Many Balkan countries have become EU members by the EU waves of enlargement while the rest are designated as candidates or potential candidate countries. If shared goal and fate make it inevitable for the countries to come closer to each other by cooperation through increasing the dialog between them, what will happen for Balkan countries when considered the problematic structure and the past of Balkans? By examining the deterministic factors of bilateral relations this study is trying to look towards what direction the relations between Greece and its neighbouring country Albania -which has the status of EU candidate country- is going in the post Cold-War era. By adding Kosovo which is another Albanian country that declared independency in 2008 to the study, exerting the intensity and the tendency of the relations between three countries and providing a source of information on the relations between Greece, Albania and Kosovo to the readers are the main motives of the study.
