Tek taraflı ve iki taraflı total diz artroplastili hastalarda ayağa kalkma sırasındaki fiziksel performans parametrelerinin karşılaştırılması

Amaç: Bu çal›flma tek tarafl› ve iki tarafl› total diz artroplastisi (TDA) uygulanan hastalar›n ameliyat sonras› 6. ve 12. ayda aya¤a kalkma s›ras›ndaki kuadriseps femoris kas performans parametrelerinin karfl›laflt›r›lmas› amac›yla planland›. Çal›flma plan›: Çal›flmaya, 35’i tek tarafl› (35 kad›n; ortalama yafl: 67.11±3.97) ve 45’i iki tarafl› (2 erkek, 43 kad›n; ortalama yafl: 67.12±7.32) primer TDA olmak üzere toplam 80 hasta al›nd›. Tek tarafl› ve iki tarafl› TDA’l› hastalar, ameliyat sonras› 6. ve 12. ayda Balance Master® denge ve performans cihaz›nda aya¤a kalk- ma süresi, yükselme indeksi, ayakta postural sal›n›m h›z› ve aya¤a kalkma s›ras›nda ekstremiteler üzerine ve- rilen vücut a¤›rl›k da¤›l›m simetrileri gibi fiziksel performans parametreleri aç›s›ndan de¤erlendirildi. Bulgular: Ameliyat sonras› 6. ve 12. ay otur-kalk testi s›ras›nda, tek tarafl› TDA’l› hastalar›n ameliyat- l› taraf ve di¤er taraf ekstremitedeki vücut a¤›rl›k simetri oranlar› aras›nda anlaml› bir fark olmad›¤› belirlenirken (p>0.05), iki tarafl› TDA’l› hastalar›n ise aya¤a kalkarken vücut a¤›rl›klar›n› anlaml› oran- da daha fazla dominant ekstremite üzerine verdikleri saptand› (p0.05).
