Kafa travmas›n›n k›r›k iyileflmesi üzerine etkisi: Biyomekanik test ve sonlu elemanlar analizi

Amaç: Bu çal›flmada kafa travmas›n›n k›r›k iyileflmesi üzerine olan etkisinin deneysel biyome- kanik çal›flma ile incelenmesinin yan› s›ra, sonlu elemanlar analiz yöntemi ile oluflturulan femur modeli kullan›larak elde edilen sonuçlar›n deneysel verilerle karfl›laflt›r›lmas› ve femur k›r›kla- r›nda kullan›labilecek bir sonlu elemanlar modelinin gelifltirilmesi amaçland›. Çal›flma plan›: Yirmi iki adet Wistar albino cinsi s›çan iki gruba randomize edildi. Kontrol gru- bundaki s›çanlara femur k›r›¤› oluflturulup intramedüller tespit uygulan›rken, kafa travmas› gru- bundaki s›çanlara femur k›r›¤› ve intramedüller tespit uygulan›p, kapal› künt kafa travmas› olufl- turuldu. S›çan femurlar›ndan bilgisayarl› tomografi ile al›nan kemik kesitleri, bilgisayar progra- m›na aktar›larak femurun üç boyutlu matematiksel modeli elde edildi. Dördüncü hafta sonunda s›çanlar›n femurlar› biyomekanik test ve sonlu elemanlar analiz yöntemi ile incelendi. Sonuçlar: Kafa travmas› grubunun ortalama maksimum k›r›lma yükü kontrol grubundan anlam- l› olarak yüksek bulundu (p0.05). Ç›kar›mlar: Sonlu elemanlar analizi gibi invazif olmayan yöntemlerle yap›lan çal›flmalar, kemi- ¤in mekanik yap›s›n›n incelenmesine yard›mc› olmaktad›r. Deneysel biyomekanik ve sonlu ele- manlar analiz yöntemi ile elde etti¤imiz veriler kafa travmas›n›n k›r›k iyileflmesine katk›da bu- lundu¤u yönündedir.
