Kateterin indüklediği sol ana koroner arter diseksiyonu koroner kateterizasyonun nadir bir komplikasyonu olduğu halde işlemsel mortalitenin yaygın bir nedenidir. Acil koroner arter bypass operasyonu bu akut komplikasyonun tedavisinde dayanak noktasını oluşturmaktadır. Biz bu raporda 72 yaşında bir kadında, perkütan koroner müdahale esnasında kateterin indüklediği ciddi sol ana koroner arter diseksiyonu olgusu sunuyoruz

Dissection of Left Main Coronary Artery

Although catheter-induced left main coronary artery LMCA dissection is a rare complication of coronary catheterization, it is a common cause of procedural mortality. Emergent coronary artery bypass surgery is the mainstay for managing this acute complication. Here we report a case with severe LMCA stenosis due to catheter induced dissection during percutaneous coronary intervention in a 72-year-old women
