Romatoid Artritli Hastada Koroner Yavaş Akıma Bağlı Akut Miyokard Enfarktüsü: Nadir Bir Olgu Sunumu
Koroner yavaş akım fenomeni, obstruktif epikardiyal koroner arter hastalığı olmaksızın damarın opasifikasyonunun geciktiği bir anjiyografik fenomendir. Bu yazıda, 75 yaşında daha önce romatoid artrit RA tanısı olan, akut anterior miyokard infarktüsü ile başvuran koroner anjiyografisinde sol ön inen koroner arterde ileri derecede koroner yavaş akım KYA saptanan bir olgu rapor edilmek istendi.
Acute Anterior Myocardial Infarction Due To Coronary Slow Flow İn Patient With Rheumatoid Arthritis: A Rare Case Report
