It is predicted that physical elements are especially valuable for customers of historical hotel businesses. For this purpose, a questionnaire was applied to 271 guests who were staying at 4 historical hotels in the region called Pera region in İstanbul Beyoğlu. According to the findings, the dimensions of personnel service, visuality, hardware / equipment, internal quality, external and other factors from the dimensions of corporate image perception have a significant and positive effect on customer loyalty. Based on this result, business managers are advised to create image in the frame of physical elements. ">
