Touching as a Nonverbal social act

In this article the touching people and cultures, the rule of tactile behavior, contact and distant ways of tactile interaction are considered tactile interaction. The main kinetic constants and variables of the nonverbal act of a contact are considered. The social status and a social role of participants of communication, age, sex, cultural, national and ethnic and racial characteristics, the interpersonal relations concern to them. The bigger number and the big area of contacts, and also an initiative in a contact are interfaced directly to such values of kinetic variables as higher status, a male, white race, bigger age. Besides, the leading role in contacts is played by a factor of the interpersonal relations, in particular people with bigger hunting touch close relatives to themselves the people than far.
