«Selfknowledge» – Means of Socialization the Students' Personality

Spiritual modernization of modern society – the era of development of competitiveness. The country's competitiveness depends on the level of development of the current generation. In this regard, along with the formation of historical, traditional, innovative knowledge and technological competencies of the younger generation, there is a need to socialize students and teach them to live successfully. The article deals with the problem of socialization of students’ personality in the conditions of spiritual renewal. The concept of socialization is defined. The process of socialization of students is analyzed. The process of socialization of students is carried out in educational and work activities; in communication; in self-development. In this regard, the author reveals the possibilities of the subject of self-knowledge as a means of socialization of the students' personality. In self-knowledge classes, students talk about themselves, their feelings, thoughts, and actions, analyze and evaluate them, learn to listen to themselves and others, and treat them with kindness and patience. They develop a positive attitude to the environment and society. They also develop spiritual and moral qualities, the ability to make innovative decisions in life and non-standard situations. But at the same time, students in the classroom from the first days learn to communicate with their peers, and also learn simple truths about how to become a person. In this regard, the self-knowledge lesson should organize the process of assimilation of social and cultural-historical experience, that is, socialization. The process of socialization, personal development is associated with the education of spiritual and moral qualities. At the same time, the article discusses the issues of adaptation of students to work, life and profession in the process of learning and socialization.
