Toxoplasmosis'de IgG ve IgM seviyelerinin alisa ile ölçümü ve bu testin tanı için önemi

Bu çalışma Toxoplasmosis'in tanısında ELISA testinin önemini ortaya koymak ve ELISA testi ile sağlıklı görünen kadınların kan serumlarında IgG ve IgM antikor titrelerinin % oranlarını saptamak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Yapılan değerlendirmeler sonucunda ELISA testinin Toxoplasmosis'in tanısında duyarlı, uyumlu ve zaman açısından ekonomik bir test olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Sağlıklı görünen kadınların kan serumlarında IgG yönünden % 73.3, IgM yönünden ise % 13.3 pozitif titre saptanmıştır. Sonuç olarak Toxoplasmosis'te akut infeksiyonları tespit ederken ortaya çıkan pozitif litrelerin özellikle IgM yönünden ikinci serolojik bir test ile doğrulanmasının daha güven verici olacağı kanaatine varılmıştır.

Determination of IgG and ve IgM titers in toxoplasmosis and the importance of this test for diagnosis

This study has been done to determine percentage of the IgG and IgM titers in sera of healthy women with ELISA and put the importance of ELISA test in diagnosis in Toxoplasmosis. In evaluation of ELISA test in diagnosis for Toxoplasmosis, it has been found to be sensitive, correlation and time saving. IgM and IgG levels has been determined in healthy women's sera with ELISA IgG and IgM titers in these sera with ELISA IgG and IgM titers in these sera has been found as 73.3 % and 13.3 %, respectively. Finally, the determination of IgG for Toxoplasmosis with ELISA has shows to be satisfactory. But IgM titers has to be supported by an another serologic test.
