Küçük ırk köpeklerde ön çapraz bağ kopmalarının ekstrakapsüler stabilizasyonunda fasial bant kullanımının klinik değerlendirilmesi
Çalışma materyalini; klinik, radyolojik ve artroskopik muayeneler sonucunda ünilateral ön çapraz bağ lezyonu belirlenen değişik ırk, yaş ve cinsiyetteki 20 küçük ırk köpek oluşturdu. Ön çapraz bağ lezyonu belirlenen olgularda genu ekleminin stabilizasyonu amacıyla, m. tensor fascia latae ve lig patella 'nın lateral 1/3' ünden sağlanan fasial bandın ekstrakapsüler olarak yönlendirilmesi ile uygulanan operasyon tekniğinin klinik değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Postoperatif dönemde yapılan klinik ve radyolojik değerlendirmelere göre, küçük ırk köpeklerin ön çapraz bağ kopmalarının aperatif sağaltımında, ekstrakapsüler stabilizasyon tekniğinde fasial bant kullanımının tercih edilebilir bir yöntem olduğu belirlenmiştir.
Clinical evaluation of the extracapslar stabilization of sitifle joint with fasial stripi in the treatment of cranial cruciate ligament rupture in small breed dogs
The material of this study included 20 stifle lesions cases from 20 small breed dogs of different breed age and sex. In the clinical, radiological and arthroscopical examinations detected that 20 dogs were having unilateral cranial cruciate ligament lesions. Operation was performed to stabilize the stifle joints. The aim of this study was the clinical evaluation of the technique performed by directing thefascial band - including tensor fascia latae muscle and lateral 1/3 of the patellar ligament extracapsularly. According to the postoperative clinical and radiological examination. The study was concluded that the technique was preferable for the treatment of cranial cruciate ligament ruptures of small breed dogs.
