Turistlerin Destinasyon Tercih Etme Nedenlerinin ve Gastronomik Tüketim Eğilimlerinin Davranışsal Niyetleri Üzerindeki Etkisi

Bu araştırmanın amacı, turistlerin destinasyon tercih nedenleri ile gastronomik tüketim eğilimleri ilişkisini ortaya koymaktır. Bununla birlikte destinasyon tercih nedenleri ve gastronomik tüketim eğilimlerinin davranışsal niyetler üzerindeki etkisini belirlemektir. Bu kapsamda İstanbul’u ziyaret eden turistlere yönelik anket çalışması yapılmış ve toplamda 403 analiz edilebilir anket elde edilmiştir. Araştırmanın amacına uygun şekilde oluşturulan hipotezler doğrultusunda ifadelerin ortalama değerleri, açıklayıcı faktör analizi, korelasyon analizi ve regresyon analizi yapılmıştır. Analizlerden elde edilen bulgulara göre gastronomik tüketim eğilimleri boyutları ile destinasyon tercih etme nedenleri arasında olumlu yönde anlamlı ilişkiler belirlenmiştir. Ancak moleküler mutfak eğilimleri boyutu ile kültürel ve çevresel çekicilikler boyutunun davranışsal niyetler üzerine etkisi anlamlı bulunmamıştır. Bu yönüyle araştırma kuramsal bir özgünlük taşıyan bilgiler ortaya koymaktadır. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlar ışığında ilgili kuruluşlara önerilerde bulunulmuş, alan yazında bu konu da sayıda araştırma bulunması nedeniyle konunun daha fazla araştırılması gerektiği vurgulanmıştır.
