Nadir görülen dev retroperitoneal liposarkom: Olgu sunumu
Yumuşak doku sarkomları, erişkinlerde görülen tümörlerin %1’ini oluşturmakta ve bunların yaklaşık %10-20’si retroperitoneal bölgede görülmektedir. Retroperitoneal liposarkomlar, oldukça ender görülen malign tümörler olup, prognozu oldukça kötüdür. Büyük boyutlara ulaşmadan genellikle semptom vermezler. Retroperitoneal liposarkomların geniş cerrahi rezeksiyonu sırasında, bazı organların kitleyle beraber çıkarılması gerekebilmektedir. Bu olgu sunumunda, nadir görülen ve agresif bir klinik seyir gösteren andiferansiye liposarkomu, literatür bilgileri eşliğinde sunmayı amaçlamaktayız
A rare case report: Giant retroperitoneal liposarcoma
Soft tissue sarcomas comprise 1% of adulthood tumors, and about 10-20% of them are located in the retroperitoneum. Retroperitoneal liposarcomas are rarely seen malignancies with poor prognosis. They remain asymptomatic unless they grow up to extremely large sizes. The extensive surgical resection of these tumors may necessitate the resection of various organs involved with the tumor.
