Kanserli çocuğu olan annelerin bakım verme yüklerinin belirlenmesi

Bu araştırma, kanserli çocuklarına bakım veren annelerin bakım verme yüklerini tespit etmek amacıyla tanımlayıcı olarak yapıldı. Araştırma, Atatürk Üniversitesi Süleyman Demirel Tıp Merkezi Yakutiye Araştırma Hastanesi Pediatrik Hemato-loji-Onkoloji Kliniği’nde Ocak-Haziran 2008 tarihleri arasında yatmakta olan 82 çocuk hastanın anneleri ile gerçekleştirildi. Veri toplama aracı olarak sosyo-demog-rafik soru formu ve Zarit Bakım Verme Yükü Ölçeği kullanıldı. Verilerin istatistiksel analizinde, ortalama, yüz-delik dağılımlar, Ki kare, Student t testi, Mann-Whitney U testi ve Kruskal-Wallis testi kullanıldı. Annelerin ölçek puan ortalaması 21,29±12,00 olarak tespit edildi. Sosyo-demografik özellikleri bakım verme yükü ölçek puanıyla karşılaştırıldığında, gelir durumuna göre bakım yükü puanları arasındaki farklılık anlamlı olarak saptandı (p
