Torasik girim düzeyinde sağ paratrakeal hava kisti sıklıkla saptanan bir lezyondur. 64 dedektör çok kesitli BT ile ince kesitler alınabilmesi ve üç boyutlu hacimsel veri elde edilmesi ile trakeanın multiplanar değerlendi-rilebilmesi mümkündür. Bu da ek tetkike gerek kalmak-sızın trakea ile paratrakeal kist arasındaki bağlantının kolaylıkla gösterilmesi imkanını sağlamaktadır.

A right paratracheal air cyst in the thoracic inlet is a frequent lesion. We present three cases of right paratracheal air cysts with communication to the trachea and precise diagnosis of tracheal diverticulum. 64 detector multislice CT allows taking thin slices and three dimensional volumetric knowledge enables multiplanar evaluation of trachea. This gives us a better chance for demonstrating the connection between trachea and paratracheal cyst and no further examination was needed.
