Pustular diseases of the hand

Pustules are small blisters of the skin that contain purulant material (necrotic inflammatory cells). These lesions are usually white or yellow coloured and red coloured if they contain blood. They can be seen as papulopustules or vesiculopustules. Pustuler diseases of the hand can be localised on the dorsal and/or palmar surfaces of the hands and can be a part of systemic pustular or localised pustular dermatoses. In text books, pustuler diseases of the hands are not written under one topic. In this review article, pustuler diseases of the hand will be summarised in light of the literatures and differential diagnosis and associations will be looked over.
