Bu çalışmada Milli İstihbarat Teşkilatı mensuplarının soruşturulması ve tanıklığı konusunda ileri sürülen görüşler incelenerek bunlara ilişkin eleştirilere yer verilmiştir. Bu bağlamda mevzuatta yer alan mevcut düzenleme ayrıntılı bir şekilde incelenerek konuya ilişkin mevzuat değişiklikleri de ele alınmıştır. Çalışmada Milli İstihbarat Teşkilatı Mensuplarının soruşturulmasında ve tanık olarak dinlenmelerinde uygulanması gereken hükümler belirlenirken, konuya ilişkin kişisel görüşümüz ortaya konulmuş- tur.

This study discusses different opinions and criticisms on the investigation and testimony of members of the National Intelligence Organization. In this context, the present regulation, together with its amend- ments, is examined in detail. The study reveals our personal opinion on the matter while noting the provisions that should be applicable when investiga- ting and taking statements of the members of the National Intelligence Organisation.
