İstismarcı Yönetici Algısı ile Örgütsel Vatandaşlık Davranışı Arasındaki İlişkide İşin Anlamlılığı, İşyeri Arkadaş Desteği ve Sorumluluk Kişilik Özelliğinin Düzenleyicilik Rolü

Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, istismarcı yönetici algısı ile örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı arasındaki ilişkiyi ve bu ilişkide işin anlamlılığı, iş yeri arkadaş desteği ve sorumluluk kişilik özelliğinin düzenleyicilik rollerini incelemektir. Araştırmanın verileri, perakende sektöründe faaliyet gösteren bir kurumdaki 213 satış ve pazarlama çalışanından toplanmıştır. Araştırma sonuçları, istismarcı yönetici algısının hem bireye yönelik hem de örgüte yönelik örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışlarını olumsuz olarak etkilediğini ortaya koymuştur. Ayrıca işin anlamlılığı, iş yeri arkadaş desteği ve sorumluluk kişilik özelliğinin istismarcı yönetici algısı ile bireye yönelik örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı arasındaki ilişkide düzenleyicilik rolü ortaya çıkmıştır. Ulaşılan  bu sonuçlar, hem ilgili yazının gelişmesi ve çeşitlenmesine katkı sağlaması hem insan kaynakları yöneticilerine istismarcı yönetici davranışı etkilerinin yönetilmesinde çözümler sunması açısından önemlidir.

Role of Meaning of Work, Coworker Support, Conscientiousness on the Relationship between Abusive Supervision and Organizational Citizenship Behavior

The main purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between abusive supervision and organizational citizenship behavior, and the moderating role of meaning of work, coworker support, and conscientiousness on this relationship. The data of the study were collected from 213 employees working in the retail sector. The results of the research showed that abusive supervision had negative effect on organizational citizenship behaviors; meaning of work, coworker support, and conscientiousness had a moderator role on this relationship. These conclusions are important both contributing to the development and diversification of the related literature and providing solutions in the management of the effects of abusive supervision for human resources managers.
