BİR ÇALIŞMA ALANI OLARAK KARİYERİN SOSYOLOJİ VE PSİKOLOJİ DİSİPLİNLERİNDEKİ TEMELLERİ

Bir çalışma alanı olarak kariyer, sosyoloji, psikoloji, sosyal psikoloji, antropoloji, ekonomi, siyaset bilimi, tarih ve coğrafya disiplinlerince ele alınan bir konudur. Kariyerin, bu disiplinlerin yanı sıra insan kaynakları yönetimi kapsamında da ele alındığı görülmektedir. İnsan kaynakları yönetiminde bir çalışma alanı olarak kariyer temellerini, sosyoloji ve psikoloji disiplinlerinde kariyer üzerine yapılmış olan çalışmalardan almaktadır. Bu doğrultuda çalışmamızda kariyerin, sosyoloji ve psikoloji disiplinlerindeki temelleri incelenmiştir.

THE ROOTS OF CAREER FIELD IN THE DISCIPLINES OF SOCIOLOGY AND PSYCHOLOGY

Many disciplines including psychology, sociology, social psychology, anthropology, economy, political science, history and geography have contributed to the careers field. Along with these disciplines, career is also studied in the field of human resource management. Career, as a research field in human resource management, is based on the studies in the disciplines of sociology and psychology. This study investigates the roots of career in the disciplines of sociology and psychology.
