BELİRLİ MESLEK ALANLARINA GÖRE İÇSEL GÜDÜLENME VE ÇALIŞMA DEĞERLERİNİN İNCELENMESİ: İÇSEL GÜDÜLENME VE ÇALIŞMA DEĞERLERİ ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİ

Bu araştırmanın amacı; belirli meslek alanlarına göre içsel güdülenme ve çalışma değerlerinin farklılaşmasının incelenmesi ve içsel güdülenme ile çalışma amaçlarının ilişkisinin belirlenmesidir. Araştırmadaki veriler İstanbul ilinde bulunan üç ayrı kurumda, beş ayrı meslek alanında çalışan katılımcılardan toplanmıştır (N=171). İçsel güdülenme ve çalışma değeri boyutları değerlendirmeye tabi tutulmuş ve veriler SPSS 21.0 programında analiz edilmiştir. Sonuçta; bu çalışmada incelenen beş ayrı meslek alanına göre bazı içsel güdülenme boyutları ve çalışma değeri boyutlarının farklılaştığı belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca, içsel güdülenme boyutları ile çalışma değerleri boyutları arasında anlamlı ilişkiler elde edilmiştir.

EXAMINING INTRINSIC MOTIVATION AND WORK VALUES ACCORDING TO THE JOB AREAS: RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN INTRINSIC MOTIVATION AND WORK VALUES

The purpose of this study is to investigate the diversification of intrinsic motivation and work values according to some job areas and determine the relationship between intrinsic motivation and work values. In this research, data have been collected from employees working in three different firms and five different job areas in İstanbul (N=171). Intrinsic motivation and work value dimensions are evaluated and data is analyzed by SPSS 21.0 software programme. As a result, it is found that some intrinsic motivation and work value dimensions become diversified in the five job areas which are examined in this study. In addition, it is found that there are significant relationships between intrinsic motivation and work value dimensions.
