İlk İki Yüzyılın Pagan Kaynaklarında Nasıralı İsa

Pagan yazarlar, Miladî takvimin ilk iki yüzyılında Nasıralıİsa’ya veya O’na atfedilen öğretilere karşı genel itibariyle ilgisizbir tutum içinde olmuşlardır; I. yüzyılda İsa’dan bahseden paganyazar yoktur, II. yüzyılda ise bir elin parmaklarını geçmemektedir.Buna karşın, II. yüzyıl pagan yazarlarının tarihsel birşahsiyet olarak İsa’ya ilişkin olabileceği öne sürülen az sayıdakikayıtları, özellikle İsa hakkındaki asli kaynak konumundaki YeniAhit metinlerinin epistemolojik problemleri çerçevesinde büyükönem taşımaktadır. Ancak biraz yakından incelendiğinde pagankaynaklarındaki bu kayıtların da aslında birçok açıdan sorunluoldukları anlaşılmaktadır. İsa’ya dair söz konusu bu kayıtlarbu yüzden bilim insanları arasında hararetle tartışılmaktadır. Bumakalede, İsa’nın pagan kaynakları bağlamında tarihsel varlığıele alınmaktadır.
