FİRMA PERFORMANSINI ARTTIRMANIN BİR ARACI OLARAK ÖĞRENEN ÖRGÜT: TRB2 BÖLGESİNDE BİR UYGULAMA
Öğrenen organizasyon, firma performans çıktılarını yükseltmek verekabet avantajı elde etmek için son derece önemli bir araç olarakdeğerlendirilmektedir. Öğrenen organizasyonların en önemli bileşeni bilgiyönetimidir. İşletmelerin hangi bilgi yönetimi stratejilerini kullanmalarıgerektiği hususu, işletme yönetimleri açısından önemli bir karar alanıdır. Buçalışmanın amacı, işletmelerin yaygın olarak başvurduğu açık, kapalı, içodaklı, dış odaklı, teknoloji odaklı ve insan odaklı bilgi yönetimi stratejilerininfirma performansı üzerindeki etkisini araştırmaktır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda,Türkiye TRB2 (Van - Bitlis – Muş – Hakkari) bölgesinde bulunan ve farklısektörlerde faaliyetlerini sürdüren 55 işletmeden olmak üzere toplam 213çalışandan alınan veriler analiz edilmiştir. Analizler sonucunda, iç odaklı bilgiyönetimi stratejisi, örtük bilgi yönetimi stratejisi ve insan odaklı bilgi yönetimistratejisinin firma performansı üzerinde pozitif ve anlamlı bir etkiye sahipolduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bununla birlikte açık bilgi yönetimi stratejisi,teknoloji odaklı bilgi yönetimi stratejisi ve dış odaklı bilgi yönetimistratejisinin firma performansı üzerinde anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olmadığıortaya çıkartılmıştır.
