Bebek Hastada Fibro-Epitelyal Hiperplazi Nadir Bir Olgu Sunumu

Fibro-epitelyal hiperplaziler; benign bağ dokusu tümörlerinden fibromaların histolojik bir varyantıdır. Gingival dokularda meydana gelen estetik ve fonksiyon açısından çeşitli problemlere neden olabilen fibröz doku büyümesi olarak adlandırılmaktadır. Bu olgu sunumunda mandibula anterior bölgesinde meydana gelen yumuşak doku büyümesi nedeniyle fakültemize yönlendirilen iki yaşındaki hastaya ait fibro-epitelyal hiperpazi olgusu klinik ve radyolojik bulguları açısından değerlendirilecektir. Genellikle yetişkin bireylerde karşımıza çıkan bu benign yumuşak doku tümörlerinin klinik görünümleri hakkında bilgi sahibi olmak teşhis ve tedavileri noktasında diş hekimlerine oldukça kolaylık sağlayacaktır.

Fibro-Epithelial Hyperplasia in Baby a Rare Case Report

Fibro-epithelial hyperplasia is a histological variant of fibromas which are benign connective tissue tumors. It is called as fibrous tissue growth that can cause various problems in gingival tissues in terms of aesthetics and function. In this case report, a two-year-old patient referred to our faculty due to soft tissue enlargement in the anterior region of the mandible will be evaluated in terms of clinical and radiological findings. Having information about the clinical manifestations of these benign soft tissue tumors, which are usually encountered in adults, will help dentists with their diagnosis and treatment.
