İŞGÖRENLERİN SİNİZM SEVİYESİ İLE MOTİVASYONU ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİ

Bu araştırmada, iş görenlerin sinizm, mizaçsal sinizm, örgütsel sinizm ve motivasyon seviyeleri arasındaki ilişkiler araştırılmıştır. Araştırmanın birinci amacı: farklı ekonomik ve sosyal yapılara (farklı demografik özelliklere) sahip olan iş görenlerin sinizm, mizaçsal sinizm, örgütsel sinizm ve motivasyon açılarından benzerlik ve farklılıklarını tespit etmektir. İkinci amaç: iş görenlerin sinizm düzeyleri ile işyerinde çalışma motivasyonları arasındaki ilişkileri ortaya koymaktır. Araştırmanın üçüncü amacı: bireylerin psikoekonomik durumları ile sinizm düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkileri test etmektir. Bu deneysel çalışmada tarama yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Analiz bulgularına göre; iş görenlerin örgütsel sinizm düzeyleri yaş gruplarına göre, motivasyon düzeyleri ise deneyim ve haftalık çalışma süresine göre farklılık göstermektedir. Ayrıca, iş görenlerin örgütsel sinizm düzeyi ile motivasyon düzeyi arasında korelasyon bulunmuştur.

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SYNICISM LEVEL AND MOTIVATION OF EMPLOYEE

In this research it is planned to determine the relations between syinicism, personal synicism, organizational cynicism and motivation levels of employee. The main purpose of this research is to determine the differences and similarities of employee who have different economical and social structures (different demographic features) in terms of synicism, personal synicism, organizational synicism and motivation. The second purpose is: to reveal the relationship between synicism level and work motivation of employee. The third purpose is to determine the relations between synicism levels and psychoeconomic status of individuals. The method of this experimental research is statistical scanning method. According to findings of analises, organizational synicism levels differ due to age, motivation levels differ due to experience and working time per week. Also, correlation found between organizational synicism and motivation.
