Nükleer krizde Ab’nin İran politikaları: Tarihsel ve güncel bir perspektif

İran, 1979 devriminden sonra yeniden belirlediği dış politika hedefleri, zengin fosil kaynakları ve bulunduğu jeostratejik konumu ile uluslararası sistemi etkileyebilecek küresel bir aktördür. Gizli yürüttüğü nükleer çalışmaların ortaya çıkmasından sonra ABD ve İsrail ile yaşadığı sorunlar İran’ı uluslararası gündemin ilk sıralarına taşımıştır. Etkin bir ortak dış politika oluşturamadığı için sürekli eleştirilen ve küresel aktör misyonu sürekli tartışılan Topluluk, bu anlaşmazlığa arabulucu rolü ile dahil olmak durumunda kalırken, aynı zamanda önemli bir dış politika sınavı vermiştir. Literatürde İran nükleer krizi hakkında çok sayıda çalışma olmasına rağmen, AB’nin kriz sürecindeki rolü ve izlediği politikalar üzerinde fazla durulmadığı görülmüştür. Bu nedenle, bu çalışma AB’nin bu siyasi krizdeki arabulucu rolü, İran’ın Batı dünyası ile yaşadığı nükleer krizin detayları ekseninde incelemektedir.

The Eu’s ıran policy during nuclear dispute: A historical and current perspective

Iran, with its re-defined foreign policy objectives after the 1979 Revolution, rich fossil resources and the geostrategic location, is a global actor which has comprehensive and effective tools to influence the international system by all means. The emergence of its secret nuclear program and the conflict with the USA and Israel has moved Iran to the top of the international agenda in recent years. While the Community which has been constantly criticized for not being able to produce an effective common foreign policy, is forced to be a negatiator and to pass a significant foreign policy test as well. There are many studies about Iran’s nuclear crisis in the literature but many of them discuss the details of the Israeli and the US policies against Iran, while very few of them deal with the role of the EU on this dispute. Therefore, this study aims to give the details of the negatiator role of the EU and its policies.
