Unilateral Kondiler Hiperplazi: KIBT Bulguları ile Olgu Sunumu

Unilateral kondiler hiperplazi; mandibular kondilin neoplastik olmayan büyümesidir ve nadir görülür. UKH’nin belirgin özellikleri arasında genişlemiş mandibular kondil, uzamış kondil boynu, mandibula gövdesinin ve ramusun aşağı doğru büyümesi, orta hatta etkilenmeyen tarafa kayma ve unilateral posterior ters kapanış ya da unilateral posterior açık kapanış mevcuttur. Bu olgu sunumunda unilateral kondiler hiperplazi bulunan hastanın panoramik radyografi, eklem grafisi ve KIBT görüntüleri birlikte sunulmuştur

Unilateral Condylar Hyperplasia: A Case Report with CBCT Findings

Unilateral condylar hyperplasia is a non-neoplastic growth of the mandibular condyle and is uncommon. UCH include enlargement of mandibular condyle, elongation of the condylar neck, mandibular body and ramus downward growth, shifting of the midpoint of the chin to the unaffected side and unilateral posterior cross bite or unilateral posterior open bite. In this case report, panoramic radiographs, joint graphs and CBCT images of the patient with unilateral condylar hyperplasia were presented
