Endodontik-Periodontal Sorunlu Mandibular Molar Bir Dişin Yönlendirilmiş Doku Rejenerasyon Tekniği ile Tedavisi: Olgu Sunumu

Kronik pulpal-periodontal lezyonlar klinik çalışmalarda çok sık rastlanılmayan ve rejeneratif kapasiteleri uzun zamandır sorgulanan lezyonlardır. Pulpal-periodontal defektlerinde endodontik tedavi ile yönlendirilmiş doku rejenerasyonunun kombinasyonunun değerlendirildiği çalışmalar yeterli değildir. Bu 1,5 yıllık takipli olgu sunumu pulpal-periodontal lezyonlu bir dişte yönlendirilmiş doku rejenerasyonunun tedavisinin klinik ve radyografik sonuçlarını değerlendirmektedir

Chronic periodontic-endodontic lesions are not common in clinical practice and their regenerative capacity has long been questioned.
