Pedodontide Güncel Koruyucu Yaklaşımlar

Diş çürükleri birçok ülkede en yaygın kronik hastalıklardan birisidir. Çürük oluşumunun önlenmesi ve başlangıç çürüklerinin remineralizasyonu sağlamak amacıyla koruyucu yaklaşımlar önem kazanmaktadır. Bu amaçla gerçekleştirilen güncel koruyucu yaklaşımlar; flor uygulaması, fissür uygulaması, ozon terapisi, lazer tedavisi, kazein, şeker alkolleri, prebiyotik-probiyotik, uygun diyet, kimyasal ve mekanik plak kontrolüdür. Bu derlemede günümüzde kullanılan güncel koruyucu yaklaşımların değerlendirildiği çalışmalar incelenmiştir

New Preventive Approaches In Pediatric Dentistry

Dental caries is one of the most common chronic diseases in many countries. Because of preventing dental caries formation and provide the initial caries remineralization preventive approaches are gaining importance. Current protective approaches which are performed to this aim; fluoride application, fissure application, ozone therapy, laser therapy, casein, sugar alcohols, prebiotic - probiotic, suitable diet, chemical and mechanical plaque control. Research about of current protective approaches is evaluated in this review
