HEMŞİRELİK ÖĞRENCİLERİNİN KADINA YÖNELİK ŞİDDETE İLİŞKİN FARKINDALIK DÜZEYİ – TÜRKİYE ÖRNEĞİ
Araştırmada hemşirelik öğrencilerinin Türkiye’de “2012-2015 Kadına Yönelik Şiddetle Mücadele Ulusal Eylem Planı” çerçevesinde gerçekleştirilen uygulamalar ve projelere ilişkin farkındalıklarını belirlemek amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma tanımlayıcı tiptedir. Hemşirelik öğrencilerinin %68’i şiddete tanık olduğunu ve % 15.5’i şiddete maruz kaldıklarını ifade etmiş ve en fazla maruz kalınan şiddetin fiziksel şiddet (% 67.9) ve cinsel şiddet (% 25) olduğu bildirilmiştir. Şiddete maruz kaldığını belirten erkek öğrencilerin oranı kızlardan fazladır ve aradaki fark istatistiksel olarak anlamlıdır (p
AWARENESS LEVEL OF NURSING STUDENTS REGARDING VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN – EXAMPLE FROM TURKEY
The aim of this study is to determine the awareness levels of the young people regarding thepractices concerning the elimination of violence against women in Turkey. In this research,descriptive survey method was used. 68% of the nursing students stated that they havewitnessed violence while 15.5% stated that they have been exposed to violence.
