Siklik ve asiklik anöstruslu sütçü düvelerde ovsynch veya PRID+ $PGF_2\alpha$ +PMSG uygulamalarının reproduktif performans üzerine etkisi

Bu çalışmanın amacı 17-18 aylık oldukları halde östrüsleri gözlemlenememiş sütçü düvelerde, ovsynch (n:34) veya PRID + $PGF_2\alpha$ + PMSG (n:33) olmak üzere iki farklı hormonal uygulama yönteminin, östrüslerin tespi- ti, dağılımı ve ilk tohumlama gebelik oranları üzerine etkisini belirlemektir. İlk gruptaki düvelere, 0. gün GnRH enjeksiyonu, 7 gün sonra $PGF_2\alpha$ enjeksiyonu, 48 saat sonra ikinci GnRH uygulaması ve 12 saat sonra suni tohumlama yapıldı. İkinci grupta ise, 0. gün PRID, 7. gün $PGF_2\alpha$ im, 9. gün PRID'lerin uzaklaştırılması ve 500IU PMSG im ve 56. saatte suni tohumlama uygulandı. Östrüsler günde 3 kez takip edildi. Son hormonal uygulamaları izleyen 4 gün içerisinde östrüs tespit oranları, birinci.grupta, %29.41, ikinci grupta, %72.72 olarak belirlendi (P

Effect on reproductive performance in cyclic and non cyclic dairy heifers of ovsynch or prid+ $PGF_2\alpha$ +PMSG administrations

The objective in this study was to determine the effect on estrus detection and distribution, first service pregnancy rate using two different treatment methods as ovsynch (n=34) or PRID + $PGF_2\alpha$+ PMSG (n:33) in 17 - 18 month years old unobserved estrus dairy heifers. Group I: GnRH injection, followed in 7 days by $PGF_2\alpha$ injection, then another GnRH injection and AI 12 hours after second GNRH injection. Group II: PRIDs inserted (on day 0), on days 7 heifers received $PGF_2\alpha$, PRIDs removed and 500 IU PMSG injected (on days 9). AI was administrated at 56. hours following PRIDs removel. Heifers were observed for sings of estrus for 20 minutes three times. Proportion of heifers observed in estrus during the 5 days after last hormonal administration were 29.41%, 72.72% for groups 1, 2 respectively. First service pregnancy rates were determined 58.28%, 48.48% for groups 1, 2 respectively. While observed estruses in ovsynch group accumulated in first day, in second group accumulated in the second day after latest hormonal administrations.
