Bölgesel Hasıla Bileşenleri ve Bölgesel Büyüme İlişkisi: Türkiye Üzerine Çok Bölgeli Bir Uygulama

Bu makale bölgesel hasıla bileşenlerinden hangilerinin bölgesel büyümeye anlamlı etkide bulunduğunu araştırır. Çalışma 1975-2000 dönemi için Türkiye'deki yedi coğrafi bölgeyi kapsamaktadır. Modele dahil edilen bağımsız değişkenler arasında çoklu doğrusal bağlantı problemine rastlanmış ve bunu gidermek için 'Frisch'in Kavşak Çözümlemesi' yaklaşımı kullanılmıştır. Çoklu doğrusallıktan arındırılmış modele Johansen-Juselius eş-bütünleşme sınaması ve bunun sonucuna göre de hata düzeltme modeli uygulanmıştır. Hata düzelme modeli sonuçlarına göre; Marmara Bölgesi için sanayi, Ege Bölgesi için ticaret, Akdeniz Bölgesi için ticaret ve konut sahipliği, İç Anadolu Bölgesi için sanayi ve ticaret, Karadeniz Bölgesi için ticaret ve konut sahipliği, Doğu Anadolu Bölgesi için tarım ve devlet hizmetleri, Güneydoğu Anadolu Bölgesi içinse ticaret ve konut sahipliği değişkenlerinin bölgesel büyümeye anlamlı katkılarda bulundukları görülmüştür. Ayrıca anlamlı bulunan bağımsız değişkenler ile bölgesel büyüme arasındaki Granger nedenselliği de araştırılmıştır.

Relationship Between Elements of Regional Product and Regional Growth: A Multiregional Aplication for Turkey

This study investigates which elements of regional product are significantly efficient on regional growth. The study covers seven geographic regions in Turkey for the period of 1975—2000. A multicollinearity problem observed among independent variables was solved by 'the Frisch 's confluence' approach. Johansen-Juselius co-integration test was applied on the prufied models from multicolinearity and then error correction model was used. According to results of the error correction model; industry for Marmara Region, trade for Agean, trade and ownership of dwellings for Mediterranean Region, industry and trade for Central Anatolia Region, trade and ownership of dwellings for Black Sea Region, agriculture and government services for Eastern Anatolia Region, trade and ownership of dwellings variables for South-Eastern Anatolia Region are seem to be significantly efficient on regional growth. Also, Granger Causality was investigated between statisticaly significant independent variables and regional growth.
