Sosyal Ağdüzeneği Değişimi Yazınının Sistematik Analizi

Bu çalışmanın amacı, sosyal ağdüzeneği değişimi ile ilgili yazının mevcut durumunu ortaya koymaktır. Çalışmada özellikle yönetim ve işletme kategorilerinde “ağdüzeneği değişimi” ve “ağdüzeneği gelişimi” konularına odaklanılmıştır. Bu amaçla, 1996-2021 yılları arasında bu iki anahtar sözcükle tarama yapıldığında ortaya çıkan toplam 167 çalışma bibliyometrik analiz kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Bu kapsamda alanın üretkenliği ve değişimi, en üretken yazarlar, dünya çapında en çok alıntı yapılan çalışmalar, eş dizim ağı, en sık görülen kaynaklar gibi başlıklar altında bulgulara yer verilmiştir. Analiz sonucunda yönetim ve işletme alanlarında az sayıda çalışmanın olduğu, performans, dinamikler ve sosyal ağlara daha fazla önem verildiği görülmektedir. Ayrıca, çalışmalanın önemli bir kısmı örgütler arası ilişkilere odaklanmaktadır.

A Systematic Analysis of the Social Network Evolution Literature

The aim of this study is to monitor the current status and development of the literature on social networkingevolution. The study focuses on topics of "network change" and "network development", especially in themanagement and business categories. To this end, a total of 167 studies between 1996 - 2021 were analyzedin depth using bibliometric analysis. In this context, analyzes were made under the titles such as theproductivity and evolution of the field, the most relevant authors, the most global cited articles, the cooccurance network, and the most relevant sources. As a result of the analysis, it is observed that there arefew studies in the fields of management and business and more importance is given to performance,dynamics and social networks. In addition, a significant part of the study focuses on interorganizationalrelations.
