Algılanan Örgütsel Destek ve İş Yeri Çatışmasının Çalışanların Bireyci Ve Toplulukçu Davranış Eğilimlerine Etkisi

Çalışanların algıladığı örgütsel destek Çalışmanın amacı algılanan örgütsel destek ve işyeri çatışmasının bireyci ve toplulukçu davranış eğilimleri ilişkisini ortaya koymaktır. Araştırmanın örneklemini Samsun ilinde bulunan bir ilçenin yerel yönetim kuruluşunda görev alan, “kolayda örneklem yöntemi” kullanılarak belirlenen 256 çalışan oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler SPSS 21 paket programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen verileri analiz etmek için korelasyon, regresyon analizleri yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda algılanan örgütsel desteğin bireyci davranışı olumlu yönde toplulukçu davranışı negatif yordadığı, buna karşın işyeri çatışmasının bireyci davranışı olumlu, toplulukçu davranışı negatif yönde yordadığı görülmüştür.

The Effect of Perceived Organizational Support And Workplace Conflict On Individual and Collective Behavior Tendencies of Employees

The aim of the study is to reveal the relationship between perceived organizational support and workplace conflict, individualistic and collectivist behavior tendencies. The sample of the study consists of 256 employees determined by using the "convenience sampling method" among the local government employees of a town in Samsun. The data obtained in the research were analyzed with the SPSS 21 package program. Correlation and regression analyzes were performed to analyze the obtained data. As a result of the research, it was found that perceived organizational support positively predicts individualist behavior negatively, while workplace conflict positively predicts individualist behavior and negatively predicts communal behavior.
