In this article,we report a 30-year-old male case who underwent alaparoscopic Nissen fundoplication complicating anintrathoracic gastric herniation and perforation of thefundoplication wrap. He was admitted to the emergencydepartment with severe vomiting, fever, nausea and chestpain at postoperative fifth day. Radiological and endoscopicexamination revealed intrathoracic wrap herniation andrupture of the stomach. The perforation was primarilyrepaired and the stomach was placed back to the abdominalcavity through left thoracophrenotomy. ">
