Difüz interstisyel akciğer hastalıklarında tedavi

Difüz interstisyel akciğer hastalıkları çeşitli nedenlere bağlı olarak gelişen, çoğu idiyopatik olup akciğer parankimini tutan hastalıklardır. Tedavilerinde başlıca kortikosteroidler ve immünsüpresifler kullanılır. Burada, idiyopatik interstisyel pnömonilerve sarkoidozun tedavisinden söz edilecektir.

Treatment in diffuse interstitial lung diseases

Diffuse interstitial lung diseases are parenchymal diseases of the lung with many various etiologies and most of which areidiopathic. The main stays of the treatment are corticosteroids and immunosuppresants. This paper deals with the treatment of idiopathic interstitial pneumonias and sarcoidosis.
