Akciğer dışı tüberkülozun nadir görülen bir şekli: Primer gastrik tüberküloz

Gastrointestinal sistem tüberkülozu, en sık ileoçekal bölgede görülmektedir. Tüberkülozda mide tutulumu ise oldukça nadirdir. Gastrik tüberküloz, genellikle akciğer tutulumuna ikincil olarak gelişir ve yaygın hastalıkta ya da immünyetmezlik durumlarında ortaya çıkar. Bu olguda spesifik olmayan dispeptik yakınmaların sorumlusu olarak, oldukça nadir bir durum olan izole gastrik tüberküloz saptanmıştır. Pulmoner odak bulunmaması ve endoskopik olarak pangastrit bulgularının eşlik etmesi nedeniyle farklı özellikler taşıyan bu olgu, literatürler eşliğinde sunulmuştur.

Very rare presentation of extrapulmonary tuberculosis: primary gastric tuberculosis

The most common site for gastrointestinal involvement in tuberculosis is the ileocecal region. Tuberculosis of stomach is quite uncommon. It is usually associated with pulmonary tuberculosis or with immunodeficiency. In this case non specific gastrointestinal complaints yielded a diagnosis of primary gastric tuberculosis, which is very rare. Absence of pulmonary focus and endoscopic findings of pangastritis are different features of this case which makes it presentable.
