Türkiye'deki işletme gruplarının uluslararasılaşma motivasyonunun lokasyon ve giriş stratejisi üzerindeki etkisi

Bu çalışmanın amacı Türkiyedeki işletme gruplarının uluslararasılaşma motivasyonlokasyon vegirişstratejisi üzerindekietkisini incelemektir. Çalışma,uluslararasılaşma teorilergelişmekte olan ülkeler ve işletme grupları perspektifinden yeniden değerlendirmektedAraştırmanın kapsamını, Kadir Has Üniversitesi, DEİK ve Vale Columbia Centerın 20yılında yayınladığı Krize Rağmen Türk Çokuluslu Şirketlerinin Kararlı Seyri raporunincelenen 19 Türk işletme grubu oluşturmaktadır. 2012 yılı itibariyle bu işletme gruplve işletme gruplarına bağlı 384 bağlı firma üzerinde araştırma yapılmıştır. Araştırmanbulgularına göre; işletme gruplarının varlıkların kullanılması ve araştırılması stratejtercihleri daha çok uluslararasılaşarak öğrenme temelli stratejik davranışı göstermektedTürkiyedeki işletme grubuna bağlı dış yatırımların LLL modeliyle daha tutarlı oldusöylenebilir.

The effect of location and entry strategieson themotivation of business groups ınternationalization in Turkey

The aim of this study is to examine the effect of the internationalization motivation of business groups in Turkey on the location and entry strategy. Internationalization theories will be re- evaluated in the study from the perspective of developing countries and business groups. The study will cover 19 Turkish business groups existing in the report published by Kadir Has University, DEIK and Vale Colombia Centre in 2011 and named Turkish Multinationals Steady on Their Course Despite Crisis, Survey Finds . The study was conducted either on these business groups and 384 associated firms of these business groups by 2012. According to the results of the study, preferences of the business groups regarding using and finding assets shows a strategic behaviour basing on learning through internationalization. It can be concluded that foreign investment connected to business group is more compatible with LLL model in Turkey.
