Tükenmişlik ve üretkenlik karşıtı davranışlar arasındaki ilişkinin kavramsal boyutu

Günümüz örgütlerinde çalışanların iş yükünün gereğinden fazla olması, onların tükenmişlik düzeyleri üzerinde etkili olmaktadır. Özellikle de çalışanların duygusal ve sosyal bağlamda kendilerini yetersiz hissetmelerine neden olmaktadır. Böyle bir durumda çalışanlardan yüksek düzeyde verimlilik beklemek her zaman mümkün olmamaktadır. Bir taraftan çalışanların tükenmişlik duygularının iyileştirilmesi diğer taraftan ise onların iş performanslarını etkileyen üretkenlik karşıtı davranışların açığa çıkarılması ve çözülmesi ihtiyacı örgütlerin temel sorunlarından biridir. Bu çerçevede çalışmada çalışanların tükenmişlik durumları ile üretkenlik karşıtı davranışları arasındaki ilişki kavramsal bir boyutta ele alınarak çeşitli öneriler geliştirilmiştir. Çalışmada; tükenmişlik, tükenmişliğin nedenleri, belirtileri, üretkenlik karşıtı davranışlar ve bu davranışlar ile tükenmişlik arasındaki ilişki kavramsal olarak ayrıntılı olarak incelenmiştir. The conceptual dimension of the relation between burnout and counter-productive behaviour

Excessive workload of employees in today's organizations influences their burnout levels. This, particularly, brings about feelings of emotional and social inadequacy in employees. In such a case, it is not always possible to expect high level of productivity from them. One of the basic problems of the organizations is the need to alleviate employees' burnout feelings and meanwhile to expose and to solve the counter-productive behavior adversely affecting performance and productivity. In this framework, the relationship between employees' burnout circumstances and their counter-productive behaviors has been discussed conceptually and various recommendations have been made. In this study, burnout, the causes and symptoms of burnout, counter-productive behaviors, the relationship between counter-productive behaviors and burning out have been examined conceptually in detail.
