Moore Yasası, Teknolojik Tekillik ve Prekarya

Bilinen ve öngörülen tüm bireysel, kurumsal, sosyal, teknolojik ve bilimsel yapılarda, şimdiden öngörülemez değişikliklere neden olacak, “ekonomide, iş dünyasında, toplumda ve bireysellikte benzeri görülmemiş paradigma değişimlerinin söz konusu olacağı” [Schwab, 2017] yılların gelişi izleniyor; Transhümanist umutlar ile Luddist endişeler yayılıyor. Dijital teknolojilerin üstel gelişimi birincil olarak kendi etkinlik alanlarını, “lineer öngörümlü” insan doğasının hayal edemeyeceği, hızını, genişliğini ve derinliğini tanımlayamayacağı sınırları olmayan bir uzaya dönüştürüyor. Dijital üstel teknolojiler ikinci olarak da tüm üretim alanlarında (bilgi, teknoloji, mal, hizmet) var olan üretim biçimlerini ve ilişkilerini etkiliyor ve değiştiriyor.Bu çalışmada üstel teknolojilerin temsilcisi Moore Yasası ve bu yasaya uygun davranış sergileyen değişim alanları, yapay zeka ile biyolojik zekanın birleştiği noktada oluşacak Kafkavari metamorfozların kaynağı olabilecek teknolojik tekillik ve nihayet geleceğin çalışanlarının temsilcisi prekarya öngörüleri hakkında bir literatür incelemesi sunulmaktadır.

Moore Law, Technological Singularity and Precaria

It’s being observed that “unique paradigm changes in economy, business world, society and individuality” [Schwab, 2017] will lead to unforeseeable changes in all known and predicted individual, institutional, social, technological and scientific structures in the following years. Luddist concerns with Transhumanist hopes are spreading. The exponential development of digital technologies primarily transforms its sphere of activity into a boundaryless space that linear predicting human nature neither imagine nor define its speed, width and depth. Secondly, digital exponential technologies affect and change the existing production forms and relationships in all production areas (information, technology, goods, services). In this study we present a literature review of the Moore’s Law which is the representative of exponential technologies and of changing fields according to this law, the technological singularity that may be the source of the Kafka-like metamorphosis occurring at the point of super positioning of artificial intelligence and biological intelligence, and finally, of predictions of precariat who are the representatives of the future workers.
