Tekstüre işlemi genel anlamda, sıkı ve paralel bir biçimde düzenlenmiş kesiksiz sentetik filamentlerin doğal lif görünüm ve tutumuna benzetilebilmesi için çeşitli kimyasal, mekanik veya ısıl işlemlerin uygulanması ile daha açık ve hacimli bir yapıya dönüştürülmesi işlemidir. Bu çalışmada esas olarak, yalancı büküm tekstüre ipliklerinin üretim optimizasyonuna yönelik bir araştırma çalışması yapılabilmesi amacı ile farklı özelliklere sahip POY'lar, istenilen ürün performansı göz önüne alınarak, değişik proses parametrelerinde, tekstüre polyester iplik haline getirilmiştir. Her denemede, istenilen ürün performansına ve girdi parametrelerine uygun olarak proses parametreleri üzerinde yapılan değişiklikler ortaya konularak etki dereceleri irdelenmiştir.

In general, texturing process, is a transforming tight and parallel arranged filaments into the filaments, having greater apparent volume by application of chemical, mechanical or termomechanical process for getting the desired chracteristics in apparel and domestic textiles, such as the thermal insulation, flexibility and good wearing properties. In this study it was aimed at investigating on evaluation the factors which effect the performance of product on poltest er yam production by false twist texturing method. Therefore, different POY yarns were textured by different process coditions according to the end product properties at each trial, changing the process conditions are showed and effective rank are evaluated regarding to the desired yarn characteristics and input values of the process parameters.
