Bu çalınmada, konfeksiyon işletmelerinin organizasyon yapılan ve bu yapılardaki özelliklerinin belirlenmesi Hedeflenmiştir. Bu amaçla İzmir, Denizli ve Manisa'da yer alan 43 ayrı konfeksiyon işletmesi reatsal olarak seçilmiştir. Veriler anket çalışması ile elde edilmiş ve sonuçlar istatistiksel olarak değerlendirilerek irdelenmiştir.

The aim of this study is to determine the organisation structures and characteristics of the clothing factories. For this purpose, 43 clothing factories which is established in the cities of İzmir, Manisa and Denizli, had been selected. Data of this study had been obtained from the manager of this selected factories the results had been evaluated statistically.
